Shandy & John - this one is for you
So today after getting a frustrated text from Brent about work and how bad it was going I try to send him back messages of encouragement knowing he wants to come home for Thanksgiving and that work problems are making this difficult. Finally I let him know that if he didn't make it home I understood and know he really did try. Do you know what his reply was... He said he knew he would see me but he doesn't want to miss the game. For a moment there I guess I forgot that his first love is BSU football and not me. He did let me know I was a close second and when the season was over I could move up to first. If he was here I might have had to beaned him upside the head with something for that comment. When you combine spring season with the regular season I think BSU football gets more months of the year than me. hehehe

alright here's my thought - I KNOW I am John's first love and priority - however I also KNOW that he LOVES BSU and does everything humanly possible to attend/participate in any and ALL BSU associated events.... and Karla - you are definitely right about it being pretty much a year round thing...
Anyway, if you're neck and neck with BSU in Brent's eyes -- I'd say you pretty high on the priority chart! :)
besides - we can be BSU widows together during the season - LOL

I can handle the BSU obsession, my co-worker is equally obsessed though I think her's might stem from men in thight pants
I have been reading this blog without commenting - even though Karla told me I should comment.
So here is my comment - Karla can handle BSU obsessions :) Though I will admit she did take a more active interest in football this year for some odd reason ;-) In the past she would just say "uh huh, sure and ya" this year she is asking questions.
Tights might be some of the reasons for my obsession thanks for that one Karla!
