Well John - I am pretty broke these days so this wedding will have to come on a pretty low budget which leaves all but the cultural hall out of the question but it would have been fun:)
I will make some phone calls. Would anybody come to a day time reception or maybe early evening/late afternoon
The only time you left unmentioned was morning so yes I think people would come to a daytime or evening/late afternoon reception.
Worse case scenario, there's always the Charter Point Club House. Honestly, it's not a bad spot.
