Crazy but Brent and I found a great deal on a house so on Friday I put an offer down on it. There is another offer on it and possible a 3rd so there is a chance we won't get it but we will keep our fingers crossed. It is located in the Devinshire subdivision and the address is Shelborne Dr so my address would just change by numbers.

House Prospect

I loved this house, even though it is a CBH, and a tiny back yard. But I loved the house and am really hoping the offer is accepted and we can get proper financing. Man room here I come.
Can't believe you won't be part of the beer drinking in the garage charter point community. I guess it will be worth it if you have a man room, though.
We got the house, but I don't think we can do that.
Okay I guess that means you guys are sticking around Boise, but you will be in the Desert Ward for sure. I'm glad you are getting a nice house with a "man room" whatever that is! I think I have seen Jon's man room at Shandy's house, guys are so funny!! Do you have a date yet?
Still no paperwork back so still no "official" date.
We backed out of the house offer today. In the end the financing just wasn't there in a manner that would allow us to keep my house. So we will just work to put ourselves in a better position for the future. We are definitely staying in Boise and will live in my house.
So sad for Brent...
No Man-Room now...
Karla said I could have the house, so just like Emmett it is still Man House where as Shandy only gave you a room. how nice of her.
